While Ruthie was in town, she took us to a mother/daughter night at a local cupcake shop. We played cupcake bingo, drank fancy virgin margaritas, and decorated cupcakes for a contest...all with a bunch of 3-6 year-olds and their mothers. It was a fun night. I'm not sure how this is the only picture I took:
One spring day the kids and I went to campus where we had lunch with Auntie Carrie and played at the bookstore. And then
Rolled down hills:
Pulled out tulip bulbs:
Ran through tunnels:
Posed for pictures:
and made silly faces:
It was a very good day. We love visits with Auntie Carrie.
Carrie taking Autumn and Joey to visit the chickens:
Odd locations for playing video games:
If there's a hat to be worn, Autumn always puts it on:
And she has a thing for shoes:
We found a marionette show at a local theater that was incredible. There were acts from all over the country, and most of them designed their own puppets for the performances. The kids loved it. Calvin especially loved the wolf.
