I'm currently trying to transfer grad schools, so I've been spending a lot of my Happy Hours (naptime/bedtime) the last few weeks either studying for the GRE, or feeling consumed by guilt that I'm not. In a study manual written by one of the top three most prestigious sources for GRE prep, I found the following definition:

Pariah - N. Social Outcast. If everyone ostracized singer Mariah Carey, would she then be Mariah the pariah?

Can you believe someone got paid for that?
